Incline Village REALTORS® Bob Wheeler Junior ROTC Scholarship honors the memory of REALTOR® and Chief Master Sergeant Bob Wheeler (ret). Wheeler actively supported the Junior ROTC and its vision of providing a quality citizenship, character, and leadership development program, while fostering partnerships with communities and educational institutions. As REALTORS® we value the Incline Village community and wish to see Junior ROTC students of Incline High School achieve success.
